Construction Partners, Inc. in the United States is seeking a mid-level systems professional to manage Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, and enterprise storage.

You’ll own day-to-day server administration and lead initiatives like DR infrastructure, patching, and integration of acquired companies. You will collaborate with security on hardening and compliance, document builds and runbooks, and ensure backups and restores are reliable across multi-site infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Windows Server administration or systems engineering experience.
• Experience with domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, file services, and Group Policy.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platforms beyond basic level (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience with enterprise backup platforms and restores.
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage and cloud storage in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with server hardening and security/compliance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments across physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Manage server roles: DCs, DNS, DHCP, file services, print services, and RDS; ensure documented configurations.
• Maintain file/folder permissions and conduct access reviews.
• Coordinate with application owners for deployments, patching, and maintenance.
• Oversee backup operations and perform periodic restore tests.
• Lead disaster recovery planning, DR exercises, and cross-team coordination.
