Job summary

Epic on its Madison, WI campus is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms. You’ll support Epic staff, customers, and global training programs with secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure.

This role blends hands-on engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross‑team collaboration to maintain a growing suite of services across environments, including hosted client systems.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server–based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote app platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
