Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms supporting Epic staff, customers, and global training programs. You will build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments and hosted client systems.

Relocation to Madison, WI is reimbursed. You will gain hands-on automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration, with experience in IIS, Citrix, PowerShell, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

Experience deploying and operating Windows Server-based infrastructure.
Strong scripting or programming ability; PowerShell preferred.
Familiarity with web application hosting (IIS) and remote app platforms (Citrix).
Experience with automation and security hardening of infrastructure.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide excellent customer service.
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Vaccination against COVID-19 is preferred or required per policy.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based infrastructure for Epic training environments and hosted systems.
Automate and harden security across platforms and services.
Collaborate across teams to support CI/CD deployment workflows.
Troubleshoot issues and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external users.
