Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms supporting internal staff, customers, and global training programs. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, building secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure for Epic training environments and hosted client systems.

The role blends hands-on infrastructure with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing and increasingly complex service set.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with IIS hosting and Citrix platforms.
• Automation and scripting experience, especially PowerShell.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Windows environments and support customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic staff, customers and training environments.
• Maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering testing platforms worldwide.
• Automate processes, harden security, and collaborate across teams to support growth.
