Job summary

Epic's Madison campus in Wisconsin is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate platforms that support Epic staff, customers, and global training programs. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, building secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments and hosted client systems.

This role blends hands-on engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing and complex set of services.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency in scripting/automation; PowerShell a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes and strong troubleshooting.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows Server-based application delivery platforms.
• Automate and harden infrastructure; collaborate across teams.
