Job summary

OCH Technologies, LLC is actively seeking a Windows Server Lead to direct technical work on a DLA program. The role requires leading on-site management, performing analyses, and preparing documentation.

Position supports a proposal effort and is contingent on award and onboarding requirements. The candidate must have a BS/BA in a technical field, 7+ years IT experience including Windows Server administration, and an active Top Secret clearance with DoD 8570 IAT II/III certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university.
• At least seven years of progressive IT experience including five projects in technical areas.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in Windows Server Administration resolving issues with various software.
• Active Top Secret level security clearance.
• DoD 8570/8140: IAT II or IAT III baseline certification.
• Server Admin M and Domain Admin Z computing environment requirements.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and fulfill all duties.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical work on projects.
• Perform analyses and prepare documentation.
• Prepare briefings and presentations.
• Lead team in on-site management of installations.
• Install, operate, maintain, configure, troubleshoot IT systems devices and connectivity.
• Develop and manage project plans; review performance and progress against schedules.
• Coordinate with Vendor PM, TOPCs, and government user representatives on technical matters.
