Job summary

Nationwide IT Services seeks a Windows Server Lead to direct technical work for Windows Server projects and lead on-site management of installations. The role is on-site and part of a proposal effort.

The candidate will install, operate, maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and repair Windows Server systems and related components while coordinating with Government stakeholders and contractors to meet design concepts and user requirements.

Qualifications

Seven years of progressive information technology experience.
Hands-on Windows Server administration: install, configuration, operations, maintenance and recovery.
Experience leading technical personnel and coordinating installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
Tier 5 investigation and Secret clearance; DoD 8570/8140 IAT II/III certification.

Responsibilities

Direct technical work on Windows Server projects and coordinate daily activities of technical personnel.
Lead on-site management of server and infrastructure installations and provide quality reviews.
Install, operate, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server systems, devices, and software.
Prepare engineering, installation, configuration, testing, and status documentation.
Deliver technical briefings and updates to contractor and Government stakeholders.
Coordinate with Government representatives and vendors to resolve issues.
Identify risks and propose practical mitigation actions.
