Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive IT experience in relevant DoD-related tasks.
• Hands-on Windows Server administration across install, config, patching, security, and recovery.
• Experience leading technical personnel and coordinating installations and maintenance.
• Ability to produce technical analyses and briefs for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical work on Windows Server projects and coordinate daily activities of installation staff.
• Lead on-site management of server and infrastructure installations and turnover.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair Windows Server systems and connectivity.
• Prepare engineering, installation, and test documentation; deliver briefings to stakeholders.
• Support project plans, schedules, risks, and deliverables; track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate requirements and issue resolution with government representatives, vendors, and teams.
• Evaluate server configurations and security controls; propose improvements.
• Provide senior-level troubleshooting for complex Windows Server issues.
