Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive IT experience with multiple Windows Server projects.
• Hands-on Windows Server administration including patching, security, and recovery.
• Experience leading technical personnel and coordinating installations.
• DoD security requirements: Tier 5 investigation and TS clearance.
• DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification: IAT II or IAT III.
• Experience with cloud or Microsoft operating environment and server admin M/Domain Admin Z.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical work on Windows Server projects and coordinate installation activities.
• Lead on-site management of server installations and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair Windows Server systems and connectivity.
• Prepare engineering and installation documentation.
• Deliver briefings and project updates to stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation.
