Job summary

S2i2 Inc is seeking a Windows Server Lead for the Enterprise Windows Administration Support Services (EWASS) in Columbus, OH. This on‑site, hands‑on leadership role directs technical projects, mentors staff, and ensures the stability, security, and performance of enterprise Windows environments serving a national mission.

The ideal candidate has DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher, extensive Windows Server experience, and a documented track record delivering complex projects on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive IT experience.
• Experience on at least five projects in technical areas relevant to the Statement of Work, with at least one project completed within the past three (3) years
• Hands‑on knowledge and experience in all aspects of Windows Server administration.
• DoD 8570 Baseline Certification at IAT Level II, from the listed certs.
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate certification or equivalent authority

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for the Windows team: direct technical work, prepare documentation and briefings, lead on‑site installations, review work products for quality and schedule alignment, and coordinate with the S2i2 project manager and DLA technical stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor staff, and provide oversight on complex projects to ensure stability, security, and performance of enterprise Windows environments.
• Collaborate with vendor project managers and government stakeholders to ensure effective solutions and high user satisfaction.
