Job summary

Epic seeks a Windows Server Engineer on our Madison, WI campus to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable infrastructure powering training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms worldwide. This role combines hands-on engineering with automation and security hardening, and requires relocation to the Madison area with our relocation assistance.

You will join the Application Delivery team and collaborate across squads to deliver reliable, high-availability services for Epic

Qualifications

Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote platforms (Citrix).
Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID-19 vaccination.
