Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support internal staff, customers, and global training programs. The role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area and will involve hands-on infrastructure work.

You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, focusing on secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure, automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services worldwide.

Qualifications

Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
Proficiency with scripting or programming. PowerShell experience is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training programs.
Automate workflows, harden security, and ensure scalable, reliable infrastructure.
Collaborate across teams to support a growing and increasingly complex set of services.
Support training environments, hosted client systems, and critical testing platforms worldwide.
