Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer for our campus-based team near Madison, WI. The role designs, deploys, and operates application delivery platforms to support Epic staff, customers, and global training programs, with relocation assistance provided.

You will build secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure, automate tasks, and collaborate across teams to sustain a growing set of services used worldwide. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic's staff and clients.
• Collaborate across teams to support training environments and testing platforms.
• Automate infrastructure and enforce security hardening.
