Job summary

Epic is seeking a talented Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms on our Madison campus. This role blends hands-on infrastructure work with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and operating Windows Server infrastructure.
• Experience with web hosting using IIS and remote platforms (Citrix).
• Scripting or programming experience; PowerShell a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
