Job summary

Epic is seeking a talented Windows Server Engineer for our Madison campus, with relocation assistance. You will design, deploy, and operate the Windows-based infrastructure that powers Epic’s internal staff, customers, and global training programs.

In this hands-on role, you will automate infrastructure, harden security, and collaborate across teams to support a growing portfolio of services, including hosted client systems and testing platforms.

Qualifications

Experience deploying Windows Server-based infrastructure.
Experience with IIS hosting and remote application platforms (Citrix).
Scripting or programming skills; PowerShell a plus.
Experience with CI/CD deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based application delivery platforms.
Collaborate across teams to support Epic's training environments and hosted systems.
Automate infrastructure and apply security hardening.
Maintain scalable, secure infrastructure powering global testing and training.
Support relocation-assisted onboarding and campus operations.
