Job summary
Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate scalable application delivery platforms for internal staff, customers, and world-wide training environments. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, securing Windows-based infrastructure and enabling hosted client systems with automation and security hardening.
This role blends hands-on engineering with cross-team collaboration and a relocation package to Madison, WI.
Qualifications
- Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
- Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
- Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell experience is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; COVID-19 vaccination.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based application delivery platforms.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows infrastructure powering Epic training environments and hosted client systems.
- Collaborate across teams to automate, harden security, and support a growing set of services.
- Relocate to Madison area with provided relocation assistance and support.
