Job summary
Epic, based in Madison, WI, is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for internal staff, customers, and global training programs.
You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, building secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure (IIS, Citrix) with automation and security hardening, collaborating across teams to support a growing set of services and planned upgrades.
Qualifications
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure
- Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix)
- Proficiency with scripting or programming. PowerShell experience is a plus
- Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- COVID-19 vaccination

- Design, deploy, and operate Windows Server-based application delivery platforms.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering Epic training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms.
