Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms supporting internal staff, customers, and global training programs. The role is based on our Madison campus and requires relocation to the area.

You will join the Application Delivery workgroup to build and maintain Windows-based infrastructure for Epic training environments and hosted systems. This position emphasizes hands-on engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• PowerShell experience is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination requirement.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic's internal staff, customers, and training programs.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms.
• Blend hands-on engineering with automation and security hardening; collaborate across teams.
