Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle incidents, document systems, and train end users from a fully remote postion in Inver Grove, MN. The role includes following security standards, supporting Windows Server environments, and managing access control and surveillance systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of IT support experience including Windows Server management, patching, and backups.
• Experience with security/camera systems setup and configuration.
• Understanding of server patching and OS for Windows and Linux; strong network protocol knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents using the corporate ticketing system.
• Create meaningful documentation on hardware, applications, systems, and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to end users as needed.
• Enforce department standards related to security, system builds, and environment segmentation.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Overview:

Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents using Corporate Ticketing system
• Create meaningful documentation on hardware, applications, systems, and procedures
• Provide technical support and training to end users as needed
• Follow and enforce established department standards and policies related to security, system builds, and environment segmentation
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of IT support to include one or more of the following:
• Windows Server experience including upgrading, patching, performance monitoring, connectivity, and backup/recovery
• Managing camera systems
• Managing access control (badging) system
• Experience with Security/Camera systems set up/configuration
• Understanding of server patching and OS systems for Windows and Linux
• Solid understanding of network protocols
• Experience with VLAN, Firewall, Segmentation, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Milestone, Genetec or comparable surveillance system
• Lenel OnGaurd

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
