TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Windows Server Administrator to join the IT Infrastructure team.

This core ops role focuses on day-to-day health, patching, management, and lifecycle of the Windows Server environment—on‑prem, colocation, and virtualization. The ideal candidate thrives in an operations setting, owns infrastructure reliability, and has NinjaOne RMM, Windows Server administration, virtualization, and PowerShell automation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred— or equivalent hands‑on experience and certifications.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on server administration or IT infrastructure operations experience.
• NinjaOne RMM – hands‑on experience including patch deployment, monitoring, alert management, remote access, and automation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise server patching program end-to-end using NinjaOne RMM.
• Configure and maintain NinjaOne monitoring policies, alert thresholds, and automation scripts.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025) including Active Directory and DNS.
• Build, configure, and manage VMware vSphere VMs and templates; manage snapshots and migrations.
• Plan and execute server OS upgrades, lifecycle management, and asset documentation.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation workflows for patching, provisioning, and health checks.
• Apply DevOps practices to server operations with version control and automated deployment.
