Leidos in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator for a 3rd shift (9 PM–5 AM) to join the CESO program. This on-site role supports a modern, highly automated secure web platform and requires maintaining Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, DHCP, and policy services.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in Windows, a TS/SCI clearance, and DoD 8750 IAT II certification. Comfort with 24x7 coverage, VMware, PowerShell, and DISA STIGs is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
DoD 8750 certification at least IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE).
Experience with Windows Server administration and Microsoft services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work 24x7 shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows Server environments across physical and virtual infrastructure.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft services.
Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and troubleshoot servers.
Monitor performance, availability, capacity, and health.
Handle user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
Support VMware environments and disaster recovery procedures.
Automate tasks with PowerShell; assist with incident response and changes.
Document configurations and operational procedures.
