Job summary

Leidos in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Network Administrator (3rd shift, 9 PM–5 AM) for the CESO program to support a secure web service platform.

This on-site role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly and DoD 8570 IAT II certification, plus a BS in CS/IT or equivalent and 2+ years of experience. The position covers network monitoring, maintenance, security and user access support.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly if required.
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+ ce).
• Bachelor's degree in CS or IT with 2+ years of experience.
• Willing to work 24x7 shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience monitoring network performance, security and availability.
• Experience configuring VLANs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network connections and performance to ensure availability.
• Identify risks and mitigate network issues.
• Plan and implement network maintenance, installation and security.
• Receive and review user requests for access to services.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors.
• Configure, install and maintain network devices and software.
