Job summary

Exchange Bank in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a System Administrator to ensure servers and network are properly maintained and secure. You will manage a large base of computers across multiple operating systems and implement new technologies while handling escalations from staff.

Essential duties include maintaining Microsoft updates, patching servers, performing backups, and supporting VDI deployments such as branch rollouts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field; 5 years of IT experience.
Experience with PowerShell.
Expertise in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of VOIP networks, VPN access, connections and services.
Expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Online.
Expertise in Microsoft 365, VDI/Xen, VMware, Network Infrastructure (Routers and switches).
Experience with all System Utility applications and backup solutions.
Valid Driver's License.
Certifications preferred: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, VMware, Citrix, CCNA.

Responsibilities

Maintain and secure bank servers and network.
Provide Level 3 escalation for employee issues.
Monitor backups, replication, and disaster recovery readiness.
Perform upgrades for bank applications and regular maintenance on appliances/servers.
Assist with SAN support and on-call escalation.
