You will collaborate with software engineering, OS engineering, and product management, and mentor team members while ensuring quality software releases and ongoing platform support.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Requires 4+ years cross-functional collaboration (PM, QA, Eng).
• Requires 3+ years OO software development for PC/mobile.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and mentorship to engineering, OS engineering, and product management teams.
• Partners with product managers, customers, and dev teams to define requirements and priorities.
• Coordinates platform development from requirements through release.
• Manages work assignments, schedules, resources, budgets, and processes.
• Balances customer needs, feasibility, quality, timelines, and resources.
• Supports employee development through performance management and coaching.
• Ensures design, implementation, tests, and release docs are up to date.
• Collaborates with engineering and testing teams to ensure quality releases.
• Reviews solutions and contributes to software development as needed.
• Monitors risks, defects, and changes; escalates issues as needed.
• Oversees platform maintenance and ongoing support.
