Qualifications

5+ years of progressive management experience leading and developing software engineering teams in a technical environment.
Demonstrated success developing technical talent through coaching, feedback, performance management, and career development.
High emotional intelligence with a transparent, collaborative leadership style.
Proven ability to build engaged, high-performing teams and establish credibility with technical leads and senior engineers while fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
Ability to create clarity, align teams around priorities, and lead effectively through change and ambiguity.
Understanding of software development practices, engineering team dynamics, and the challenges of delivering technology solutions at scale.
