Job summary

Renewed Vision, based near Atlanta, GA, is seeking an engineering leader to guide the Windows team that builds ProPresenter on Windows. You will mentor engineers across levels, lead hiring efforts, and partner with product, design, QA, and support to ensure functionally and operationally excellent software.

You should be technically credible in C#/.NET desktop development, but your focus is leadership, team health, and delivering high-quality products for live events worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Windows desktop software teams.
• Experience hiring, conducting 1:1s, and performance reviews.
• Proven ability to coach engineers from junior to senior levels.
• Familiarity with C#/.NET desktop applications and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring, coaching, growth, and performance for the Windows team.
• Lead regular 1:1s with every report and conduct performance reviews.
• Actively participate in recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Address performance issues directly and with honesty and care.
• Be accountable for team delivery and culture.
• Run rituals: standups, sprint planning, retros.
• Communicate blockers, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and support on planning and execution.
• Bring a product mindset and make product calls when needed.
