Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC is seeking a Windows Engineering Manager to lead IT end-user computing, security, and lifecycle for a distributed team. The role focuses on strategy, modernization, and reliable endpoint services across our hybrid workforce.

You will guide OS deployments, manage automation, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Network teams to maintain secure, compliant Windows environments across Plano and Reston.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years IT engineering experience with 5+ years in enterprise desktop computing.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep knowledge of Windows OS deployment, imaging, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of 8–10 desktop engineers and technicians.
• Drive the enterprise end-user computing strategy, standards, processes, and modernization initiatives.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Information Security, Network, and Enterprise Operations to deliver scalable endpoint solutions.
• Oversee platform health, service performance, and operational stability.
• Manage OS upgrades and device lifecycle programs.
