Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Windows/AD Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server platforms and virtualization environments. You will develop automated workflows, support vRA/vRO, and provide root-cause analyses to improve system reliability.

Role emphasizes design and implementation of technical solutions, high availability, DR planning, and collaboration with infrastructure teams. Experience with VMware, Nutanix, Zerto and ServiceNow APIs is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Computer Science.
Experience with Windows Active Directory issues.
Excellent scripting skills (PowerShell, shell, JavaScript).
Experience with ServiceNow APIs and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

Provide root cause analysis for Windows platform issues.
Act as subject matter expert for Windows, Active Directory, patching, P2V, cybersecurity risks.
Design and implement technical solutions for platform and application setup.
Administer and maintain Windows server infrastructure, ensure high availability and DR.
