Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer in Pennington, New Jersey to support critical applications related to Wealth and Investment Management. You will be responsible for incident management, proactive monitoring, and maintaining application stability.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, strong expertise with Windows/Linux servers, and be skilled in incident resolution and infrastructure triage. Join us to enhance application availability and engage with various teams for support and upgrades.

Qualifications

8–10 years of Production/Application Support experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Dedicated Compute, IIS, Ping Federate, Splunk, Dynatrace, and .NET Core.
Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Windows/Linux-based applications and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, server, and authentication-related issues.
Drive incident resolution, service restoration, and root cause analysis for production outages.
Monitor production environments proactively and implement stability improvements.
Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Testing, and Release teams.
