Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Production Support Analyst to ensure stable, secure production and non-production environments for Credit Union Solutions. You will provide hands-on support across IBM AIX and Windows platforms, handle certificates, service accounts, scripting, and incident response.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production support, with strong OS and security awareness, and will work in a regulated financial tech environment with after-hours rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in production or application support.
• Experience with IBM AIX and Windows Server environments.
• Experience installing, renewing, and validating certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for applications and infrastructure on IBM AIX and Windows Server.
• Triages incidents related to OS, services, batch processing, and certificates.
• Support planned maintenance including cert updates and lifecycle remediation.
• Install, update, and remove approved software per change management policies.
• Perform certificate installation, renewal, and post-install verification.
• Maintain service accounts, passwords, and access governance.
• Create scripts to automate repeatable support tasks and health checks.
• Participate in incident bridges, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Develop runbooks, SOPs, plans, checklists, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, Infra, Security, and Service Desk teams.
