Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is hiring a Client Engineer for the Digital WorkPlace Solutions team. You will deliver and support Windows 11 workloads, automate deployments, and help remediate workstation vulnerabilities across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Intune and Windows packaging experience, PowerShell scripting, and familiarity with AppLocker and related tools. The role requires collaboration and strong communication skills, with a remote‑first setup and on-site

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or commensurate experience in a professional environment, required.
Experience 3 years - Information Technology required.
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including workstations, networking, storage, virtualization and the integration between these systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proven decision making and problem solving skills.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Positive attitude, self-driven, engaging, proactive, results driven.

Responsibilities

Analyzes, designs, develops, documents, and implements complex solutions for the end user computing systems.
Provide highly available software distribution and patch management.
Monitoring performance and maintaining system stability.
Supporting and ensuring reliability of deployed technologies, systems and processes according to established procedures and industry best practices.
Must be willing to adjust schedule to perform maintenance and upgrades outside of business hours and be part of an on‑call rotation.
