Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring a Client Engineer to join the Digital WorkPlace Solutions team. You will deliver and support laptop and Windows 365 services for employees and contractors, build deployment scripts, and troubleshoot enterprise endpoints.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Intune experience, PowerShell scripting, and strong knowledge of software packaging and vulnerability remediation. This remote role requires on-site interview in Chattanooga, TN for final rounds.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field required.
3 years of IT experience required.

Responsibilities

Analyzes, designs, develops, documents, and implements end user computing solutions.
Provide highly available software distribution and patch management.
Monitor performance and maintain system stability.
Ensure reliability of deployed technologies and processes per procedures.
Be available for maintenance outside business hours and participate in on-call rotations.
