Qualifications

• Desired technical certifications such as A+, Network+, or Windows 7/10 certifications.
• Experience in creating/moving computer objects in Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Designate and assign hardware to specific test cases.
• Image hardware and install software as required.
• Troubleshoot imaging/software/hardware issues.
• Communicate with support teams to prepare test cases.

Skills

Experience imaging workstations via Pre-boot Execution Environment (PXE)

Experience deploying hardware

Experience installing and troubleshooting software

Knowledge of workstation and laptop components

Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10

Troubleshooting Operating System issues

Understanding USB technology

IP issues for workstations/switches

Experience with Network Access Control (NAC)

Experience with ticketing systems like BMC Remedy

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot

Education

Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred
