Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Field Implementation Specialist III for the IAH Airport site. The role involves hands-on technical support, imaging and deployment of PCs, and ensuring devices are compliant with TSA and airport regulations.

You will diagnose issues, guide users, and coordinate device movement while maintaining service excellence. The ideal candidate has 2 years of migration/deployment experience, plus proficiency with SCCM/Workspace ONE and Windows 10, Outlook, and IP configurations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of PC migration/deployment experience.
• Experience with Mobile iOS/Android is required.
• Familiarity with imaging tools and Windows 10 configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to employees.
• Diagnose and resolve product issues; determine if repairs or replacements are needed.
• Perform automated imaging, installation, and removal of PC equipment.
• Manage inventory and movement of PC equipment.
• Adhere to TSA, Customer, and Local Airport regulations.
