Job summary

Empower AI is seeking an Imaging & Configuration Technician to support the Department of State from our US-VA location. You will assemble, test, image workstations/servers, and configure IT equipment prior to shipment to global locations, ensuring compliance with client standards.

Travel up to 25% and lifting up to 40 pounds are required. A minimum of 3+ years in IT, an Associate degree or equivalent, CompTIA A+, and an active Secret clearance are required to qualify for this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or imaging
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
• Active Secret clearance required

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, image workstations/servers, and configure IT equipment prior to shipment
• Assist in packaging and shipping processes for IT equipment, including overseas locations
• Adhere to customer standards and manage shipping logistics
