Job summary

Confidential is seeking two hands-on IT professionals to support a large-scale Windows desktop refresh and deployment project. The roles involve preparing, imaging, and deploying Windows devices across a facility and ensuring end-user functionality after replacement.

Responsibilities include staging hardware, moving equipment at the site, and decommissioning retired devices with proper disposal. The project targets around 300 machines by year-end, demanding attention to detail and efficient

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Windows imaging and PC deployment.
• Hands-on experience imaging and performing basic configuration of Windows machines.
• Experience with any Windows imaging/deployment software is acceptable.
• Desktop support, hardware deployment, or PC refresh experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unbox, stage, and prepare incoming desktops, monitors, and other IT equipment
• Move and relocate new and existing equipment throughout the facility
• Image and configure Windows machines for deployment
• Install and replace desktops and monitors at user workstations
• Perform PC refreshes and ensure equipment is properly configured
• Confirm end-user functionality following equipment replacement
• Decommission retired equipment, including removal of hard drives
• Prepare retired equipment for proper e-waste disposal
• Assist with a high-volume technology deployment project targeting approximately 300 machines by year-end
