Lawelawe Technology Services is seeking a technically resourceful engineer to support Windows environments, identity services, and automation. You will manage privileged access, collaborate with application and infrastructure teams, and own tasks while protecting sensitive information.

You will contribute by supporting the Microsoft infrastructure and automation behind a federal law enforcement customer’s enterprise applications, ensuring dependable services and changes meet approved needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Single Sign-On.
• PowerShell automation and Docker experience.
• Ability to handle privileged access and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Document administrative changes and coordinate work affecting enterprise services.

Mansioni

• Administer and support Windows Server environments for enterprise applications.
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and SSO configurations and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Support Docker containers and application environment troubleshooting.
• Document configurations and coordinate changes with the team.
• Troubleshoot identity/authentication issues across systems and coordinate resolutions with authorized teams.
• Maintain repeatable environment configurations and documentDependencies that affect operation.
• Review automation results, refine scripts to reduce manual effort and inconsistencies.
• Coordinate privileged administrative activities with customer security procedures.
