Job summary

Proven Recruiting, Inc. seeks a senior systems engineer with deep Windows enterprise experience to architect and secure DoD-enabled infrastructures across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will lead AD, PKI, RBAC, and patch management, implement automation with PowerShell, Ansible, and Python, and ensure compliance with STIGs and Zero Trust. This role offers a chance to impact national security programs for the U.S.

Qualifications

• 12+ years designing and supporting enterprise Windows environments
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required
• Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 and automation
• Must meet DoD cybersecurity requirements including STIGs and zero trust principles

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain secure Windows Server environments across multi-site enterprise infra.
• Lead AD, identity mgmt, certificate services, authentication, patching, and hardening per DoD standards.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and Node.js for provisioning and config management.
• Collaborate with software, cybersecurity, Linux, and network teams for complex systems integration.
