Job summary

Intratek Computer, Inc. is seeking a Senior Microsoft Windows Field Deployment Technician to support EHR deployment at Veterans’ Administration Medical Centers and offsite training sites in Hot Springs, SD.

You’ll image, deploy and configure PCs, laptops, docking stations, printers and network connections, while delivering strong customer service. Your role combines advanced technical skills with hands-on fieldwork, requiring up to 50-lb lifts, travel to multiple sites, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• 5+ years imaging, installing computer equipment and managing technical staff teams.
• Must be able to unpack/re-pack, move and install pallets of IT equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Must have personal transportation available during work hours.
• Experience with hardware and software support, troubleshooting, imaging, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Image, deploy and configure PCs, laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers and network connections at medical centers and offsite training sites.
• Set up, install, configure, remove equipment and re-pack for shipment with supervision.
• Manage inventory and ensure connectivity during training sessions across sites.
• Collaborate with onsite technicians to support EHR deployment and provide excellent customer service.
