Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT engineering and 5+ years in enterprise desktop or end-user computing with leadership.
• Deep Windows expertise in large enterprises: deployment, imaging, troubleshooting, lifecycle management.
• Expert-level SCCM/MECM and Intune for software distribution, patching, compliance, and co-management.
• Strong experience with VDI & remote computing: Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop integration.
• Proven ability to automate endpoint operations using PowerShell or Python.
• Strong security and networking understanding: encryption, EDR, VPN, DNS/DHCP.
• Experience leading enterprise testing, pilots, vendor evaluations, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience supporting thousands of endpoints across locations and hybrid models.
• Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, or OS migrations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
