A leading company in the data center industry seeks an operations support role to provide 24x7 assistance for Windows OS clients. This position requires troubleshooting a variety of technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service, suitable for someone with adequate experience in data centers and collaborative work settings.
This is an operations role largely responsible for providing 24x7x365 support to our Windows OS managed customer base located in TierPoint datacenters and Cloud environments across the nation. We are seeking a skilled technical resource that thrives on supporting diverse environments while delivering superb customer service. This position requires the desire and discipline to be able to identify and troubleshoot issues in a variety of customer environments. Members of the Windows Engineering group are expected to be able to drive alarm notifications and client submitted tickets to resolution while working with the customer in a professional and client-first environment.

It’s important to note the pay range may be narrower than displayed, as various factors are used to determine the offered compensation package including skill set, level of experience, geographic locations, and other relevant factors- i.e. budgetary requirements.
Pay Range $60,000.00 – $97,778.29
