Job summary

Famous Supply is hiring a Windows and Doors Showroom Sales Consultant to assist customers with design and product selection for their window and door projects. You will provide quotations and process orders in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Starting wage is $24.00/hour+, with potential for growth based on experience and performance. The role includes reading blueprints, quoting projects, and possibly traveling to job sites for field measurements.

Qualifications

• Window and Door design knowledge.
• Customer service mindset.
• Ability to use computer.
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs and meet their expectations
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Read blueprints to understand projects and find product specs
• Quote projects
• Process customer orders
• Keep showroom clean and organized
• May be required to travel to customer jobsites to take field measurements
