Job summary

Builders’ General is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Long Branch, NJ, to assist the Andersen Department Manager and sales representatives. The role involves contacting customers, preparing quotes, and managing orders for Andersen windows and doors.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales support or customer service, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. Familiarity with Andersen products and systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with sales, sales support, or customer service preferred.
• Previous experience with Andersen windows and doors strongly desired.
• Understanding of blueprints/window take-offs.
• Experience using Andersen windows and doors system application desired.
• Excellent record-keeping and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to arrange appointments at the showroom or to update them on order status.
• Prepare and review window quotes/proposals.
• Provide outside sales representatives with order details and requests.
• Handle incoming orders and verify details in the computer system.
• Check stock availability or production schedules for orders.
