Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year related experience.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass pre-employment tests.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and lift >25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to customers on window and building materials.
• Perform general administrative and office tasks.
• Greet customers, share product location and store knowledge.
• Direct customers to product pickup points as needed.
• Handle mail and interoffice communications as required.
• Provide phone assistance and answer inquiries.
• Assist with pricing, stocking, display prep and store presentation.
• Participate in annual physical inventory.
• May perform data entry and other duties as assigned.
