Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves installing replacement windows and exterior doors, removing existing spaces, and finishing trims at customer homes.

You’ll start around 6:30 AM, work Mon-Fri, and ensure a 5-star customer experience with safe SOPs. Responsibilities include loading at the warehouse, visiting homes, and collecting paperwork/payment, followed by returning to the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
