Job summary

West Shore Home in Oklahoma City is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform safe and quality installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and PPE, delivering a 5-star experience to customers. The role requires early start and travel to job sites.

You will load materials at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, greet customers, install windows/doors, finish trim, clean up, and handle paperwork and payments before returning to the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction - or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
