Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking a skilled Window & Door Installer to join our Asheville-area team. You will install, repair, and replace residential windows and doors, following building codes and best practices.

Hands-on construction experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship are essential. Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, installing, sealing, and weatherproofing; safely removing old units; inspecting sites; and maintaining a safe, clean

Qualifications

• Experience in window/door installation, carpentry, or construction preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license if travel between sites is required.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and seal windows and doors per specifications and building codes.
• Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Remove old windows and doors safely and efficiently.
• Inspect job sites and troubleshoot installation issues as needed.
• Apply insulation, caulking, and weatherproofing materials.
