Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Windows imaging using Client standard provisioning methods.
• Configure devices according to Client’s security requirements.
• Troubleshoot imaging failures and network related setup errors.
• Stage devices for user pickup or shipment.
• Execute refresh workflow steps in accordance with standardized processes.
