EchoStar in Colorado is seeking an experienced Windows desktop administrator to manage enterprise endpoints, patching, and software distribution. You will implement Group Policy, automate routine maintenance, and resolve escalations to keep the fleet secure and compliant.

You will leverage PowerShell and MECM for automation, collaborate across IT teams, mentor staff, and drive proactive monitoring using AI tools to predict hardware reliability.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree or equivalent, relevant enterprise IT experience.
• 4+ years as a system administrator in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Windows enterprise desktops and SCCM/MECM.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Ability to document solutions for IT teams.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end monthly OS patching and testing for enterprise PCs.
• Drive fleet automation using PowerShell and MECM.
• Resolve escalations beyond frontline support and document solutions.
• Analyze system logs with AI tools to predict hardware reliability.
• Lead CAB meetings and mentor IT staff on Windows best practices.
