Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to meet homeowners at their kitchens and guide them through one of the biggest investments in their home. You’ll diagnose needs, design window and door solutions, and own the conversation from first contact to close.

This is a fast-paced, uncapped earnings role with paid training, strong support, and a clear path to advancement. You'll work evenings and some weekends, schedule around homeowners, and enjoy a performance-driven culture

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love.
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week.
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
